60 minute Old School Aerobic Step class

All level walk on the Perkiomen Trail

45-60 minute Strength Training Class focusing on Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. All levels.

Gentle Yoga is an all-levels Yoga Class incorporating breath and movement. Gentle Yoga may enhance strength, flexibility and balance. The use of props may be included in this class.

60 minute cardio dance class for all levels

45 minute Cardio Dance and Strength class

Functional training for everyday living

45 minute heavy bag boxing class with core work – gloves recommended.

45 minute class focusing on thighs, butts and guts with a great stretch at the end. This class is for all fitness levels

Barre Class…traditional Barre class using light weights, bands and balls

60 minutes of fun line dancing!

Not just country; we also do popular wedding dancing and some originals!

  • Senior Movement & Dance: Low impact aerobic class utilizing light weights, bands, simple choreography, and great music
  • Senior Strong: Full body exercises that can be done either seated or standing. Improve balance, strength, mobility and flexibility.
  • Senior Flow & Stretch: Seated or standing gentle yoga/stretch class focused on improving balance, aiding in recover, and relieving stress and tension.

A Pilates mat work class which focuses on breathing and isolating body movements to strengthen from the inside out.

  • This class will get your heart pumping!
  • This is a non-contact class with exercises influenced by boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts.
  • Kickboxing will build strength and increase heart health as you move to fast-paced music.

This class incorporates kicking, punching, and general fitness through the use of various boxing and marital arts styles and the use of a bag. Bring kickboxing gloves if you have them, though modifications will be provided for those using bare hands.

These high-energy classes will get your heart pumping! The instructor will guide you through your ride while pushing your strength and endurance.
