60 minute Old School Aerobic Step class
All level walk on the Perkiomen Trail
45-60 minute Strength Training Class focusing on Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. All levels.
Hatha Yoga is an all-levels Yoga Class incorporating breath and movement. Hatha Yoga may enhance strength, flexibility and balance. The use of props may be included in this class. Sold in a 10 class pack.
60 minute cardio dance class for all levels
45 minute Cardio Dance and Strength class
Functional training for everyday living
45 minute heavy bag boxing class with core work – gloves recommended.
45 minute class focusing on thighs, butts and guts with a great stretch at the end. This class is for all fitness levels
Barre Class…traditional Barre class using light weights, bands and balls
