Kid Classes
Calling all B.Fit Littles!
As we expand into adding our Kids Zone, we are excited to offer classes for your kids! These are all in-person classes.
Note: These classes are sold as a 4 session package which has a 60 day expiration date. The classes do not have to be taken consecutively. There is a class minimum of 4 participants to hold the classes.
Come stretch, dance and get your wiggles out! Enjoy 30 minutes of structured gym time. Class activities will include learning gymnastic skills and technique. Fun games and sports will also be included. .
Students will learn basic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Ages 7-14. This is a heavy bag boxing class. This class will teach the fundamentals of boxing such as stance, punches and combinations. Core work is also included. Bringing your own boxing gloves is recommended but not necessary
This class will incorporate all kinds of play – sports, dance, fitness and yoga.
This is a parent involvement – 30 minute stretch class using popular children’s music and ending with a story.
This class is designed to introduce the student to strength training, cardiovascular fitness and group exercise all while learning proper technique and form.
